TANDEM Program Questionnaire

We are excited to share that you've been identified by the HR team as a high-potential talent, and we'd like to invite you to participate in the TANDEM Program.

Following the kickoff meeting, we would love to know: Are you interested in having a mentor?

We offer three mentoring options:

1. Light Mentoring

Includes 2–3 scheduled calls

Focus: targeted discussions, deeper understanding of Nemera, career insights, and strategic perspectives

2. Extended Mentoring

Includes one guided meeting every month

Supported by HR with structured topics aligned to goal-setting

Focus: enhanced knowledge of Nemera, Nemera knowledge, career development, performance improvement, and internal mobility

3. Female Leadership Mentoring Journey

Includes one guided meeting every month

Supported by HR with structured leadership topics aligned to goal-setting

Focus: work life balance, leadership topics, career progression, networking, and confidence building
